Project Manager Requirements: A Civil Engineering Degree together with experience working for a principal civil contractor is considered essential for this position, as is the ability to read /interpret contracts. A strong understanding and working knowledge of OHS&R, Quality and Environmental Systems (Integrated Management Systems) is necessary to be considered for this role. You will also need to have skills in the leadership, motivation and management of multi-disciplinary teams and excellent liaison, negotiation, consultation, conflict resolution, leadership and team building skills.
