Design + Construct are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manger for a leading Perth based Contractor. Our client has been established for over 30 years and work on a combination of Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects ranging up to $100M.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have around 10 years Industry experience with a strong background in Site Management. A proven background managing projects from initial groundworks on large modular building sites to include Subdivisions, base plates, make goods and connections. You will also have a solid knowledge of current OH&S requirements.

Excellent Sub contractor management skills are a must combined with the ability to drive projects to achieve regular deadlines and budgets. You will also be required to have a working knowledge of MS Project.

A wide range of project experience is preferred ranging around from $50M+ ideally To include previous subdivision and Residential construction projects.


This role will be on a 3 on 1 off basis located in Karratha. The Successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package which is negotiable depending on experience.

Please note previous experience working in Western Australia is an essential requirement for this role.
