Site Manager Perth

My client is a multi-national company who constructs quality projects all across the globe. With operations in all of the states in Australia, they have grown to be one of the most respected commercial contractors around.


Their commercial fitouts division are now in the market for a Site Manager to do a first initial 6 month contract managing projects in Perth and its surrounding regions. This role will allow the successful applicant the opportunity to manage high end interiors and fitouts projects for national financial institutions and corporate clients. Reporting directly to a Project Director the role will involve end to end management of all the site activities such as driving the site through a construction programme, management of trades and contractors, overlooking aspects of OH&S and Quality Assurance and also client liaison and meetings. The support of engineers, administrators and coordinators are also offered.


To be considered for this role you must need;

• 5 years + Site Supervisory / Management Experience with vast experience in corporate fitouts
• Trade qualified
• Proven track record of driving sites from start to completion for reputable contractors
• Has a strong focus on quality assurance and management of all aspects of OH&S
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with client representatives, sub-contractors and consultants
• Available to travel to projects around the Perth and surrounding regions

My client is willing to offer a generous hourly rate which is paid weekly. This role will also open opportunities for loyal candidates to be offered a permanent full-time position after the successful duration of the initial contract.
