Our client is an award winning building contractor with a rich history that spans back decades. They have a requirement for additional Foreman to join them on a permanent basis.

  Building Supervisor / Foreman  

Requirements;  

• 5 years supervisory experience (ideally in the residential sector)
• Trade qualified
• Excellent OH&S, Q.A and Sub-Contracts Management skills
• Worked for reputable companies
• Keen eye for detail
• Experience in supervising high end architectural design homes and unit apartments to the value of $10Mil+

Project and Role

The first initial project will be a high end residential apartments valued at $12Mil located in the Eastern Suburbs, this role consist of reporting directly to a Senior Project Manager managing sub-contractors, OH&S and driving the site within a deadline. The support of contracts administrators and site staff will be at hand.

The salary will be around the $115K - $120K total salary package and is assessed through experience. Allowances and bonuses are already in place.
