My client is a tier one contractor developer with presence all across the world. With numerous turn key projects in Perth, they are now after a Project Manager / Engineer to manage a shopping complex development.


This position will allow the successful applicant to be based in their Perth office located in the CBD. As a Project Manager / Engineer you will be reporting directly to a Construction Manager with the responsibility of managing pre-construction, programming though to management of the construction through to client hand over process. As part of the engineering factor of the role responsibilities include management of engineering services plus over looking quality and OHS&E. This exciting and diversified position will you to manage experienced Site Supervisors, Administrators and Trades with the common goal of finishing the project in time and on budget.


To be considered for this position the following experiences and qualifications are required;

· Minimum 5 years Project Management or Project Engineering experience (Construction)

· A degree or a diploma in construction management or construction engineering highly desired

· Experience in working on retail development and shopping complexes

· Proficient in programming with construction software packages

· Has a proven track record of completing projects with reputable companies


The salary is open for negotiations and will be based through experience. Bonuses, annual reviews and other benefits are all in place plus the security of on-going work with repeat clients are all a definite advantage.
