My Client for the last 20 years has actively and successfully completed Residential / Commercial projects in the ACT region. A reputable premier mid-tier organisation, they specialise in Residential High End Multi-Storey Units to the value of $50Mil -$100Mil+.

Project Manager

They are now in the Market for a Project Manager with extensive residential experience.

Requirements;

• Minimum 10 years Construction experience
• Extensive residential experience (Ideally on high end projects to $40Mil+)
• Experience and proven track record in managing projects from start to final hand over
• Programming and systems implementation skills
• Client and On-site liaison skills

The successful candidate will be in-charge of managing all the aspects of construction and managing contracts administrators and site staff.

In return, you will be rewarded with a generous salary package ranging from $200K (total package). Package will also include vehicle/allowance which is to be negotiated.
