Design + Construct are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Director. Our client is a leading International ASX listed Project Management Consultancy who has a proven background within the Healthcare, Defence, Infrastructure and Commercial sectors.

In this Senior Management role you will be responsible for high level client negotiations, business development, submitting detailed tender proposals, managing project managers / teams / head contractors and project delivery.


To be considered for this role you will be required to have;
· A relevant Construction Degree, ideally Ba in Cons Management
· A wide range of project experience ideally to include large scale Retail projects.
· Previous experience working with Client Side Consultancies as a Project Director.
· Planning, Design Management, Client and Stakeholder Management skills.
· A proven background successfully delivering major construction projects around $100M++.
· Strong Business Development and Networking skills.

Please note a local network and proven background within the Adelaide market is a key requirement for this role.
