With numerous on-going development projects ranging from $40Mil - $100Mil+ they are now in the process of hiring new staff due to the growth of their project portfolio for the 2012 - 2013 period.

Construction Manager

They are now in search of a Construction Manager to join their team. This position will allow the successful applicant the opportunity to manage an experienced construction team consisting of contracts managers, site managers, OH&S officers and administration staff managing projects from pre-construction stages through to completion / hand-over. The role will involve duties such as cost planning, construction programming, client management, budgeting and over-looking the whole construction process.

To be considered for this position the following experience and qualifications are required;

• Minimum 10 years Project Management or Construction Management experience
• Experience in managing a $40Mil+ project from pre-construction, construction to hand over stages
• Excellent cost management, forecasting and budgeting skills
• Vast experience in BCA and OHS&E compliances and contracts
• Confident individual with clear communication and organisation skills
• Ideally have experience in working on mid to large density apartment construction
