Design + Construct are currently recruiting for a Senior Town Planner. Our client is one of NSW's leading independant consultancies who employ around 15 staff and work ona combination of Public, Private and Government clients. To be considered for these roles you will be required to have; - PIA Accredited qualifications, ideally Ba in Town Planning, Urban Design qualifications are also of interest.
- A minimum of 5 years local experience, either within a NSW Government Office or NSW Planning Consultancy (essential).
- Previous experience working on rezoning, development plans and strategic planning.
- A thorough knowledge of current NSW planning legislation and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
Previous experience within either Urban Design or Retail / Economic Assessments is highly desired.
