GENERAL MANAGER - ASSETS / FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Established in 1998, this privately owned company has grown to become a key participant in the major commercial & residential property markets throughout the Sydney metropolitan completing building projects from $300,000 to over $70,000,000

The NEW DIVISION

With the demand and the constant injection of funds from the government and private developers now ready to do business, Maintenance Management is now experiencing a dramatic growth. Our client has strategically started operations in this division and is now reaping the benefits and rewards.

The specialised service that will be provided to clients will be the total management of maintenance for different government and private facilities, project management and building refurbishments. Projects are all located across the Sydney metropolitan regions.

The CANDIDATE

To be successful for this role, the following experience and qualifications are required;

  • Tertiary education ideally Bachelors in Business / Construction or an MBA
  • 7 - 10 years in a Senior Management Level
  • Experience in Maintenance or Facilities Management
  • Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to manage a small to medium size team
  • Sound management acumen with experience in client liaison
  • Worked for reputable organisations and a proven loyal employment track record

The POSITION

This senior role will allow the successful individual to report directly to the board of Directors. Being a "Start-Up" division, this role is designed for a candidate who is looking for the challenge in constructing a successful team around them. As General Manager, this unique opportunity will enable you to manage a team and liaise directly to private and government clients in ensuring that all needs are met to overlooking on-going and potential projects. The support of experienced Project Managers, Administrators, Estimators and Site Staff is guaranteed.

The SALARY and REWARDS

Not only can you make this role "your own", you can also benefit from a competitive and rewarding salary package. Package will consist of a base + super + vehicle allowance (open for negotiation). Also bonus structures and annual reviews are in place.
