Estimator - Newcastle Projects.

Requirements

To be a successful candidate you are required to have 5years + Estimating experience with experience in tendering on commercial and residential buildings. Ideally a candidate with a tertiary qualifications with a proven track record of successfully preparing tenders for projects to the value of $100K - $3Mil+. Experience in building estimating packages is highly desired.

Projects

Projects can range from residential, commercial and retail projects ranging from new build to insurance and repair maintenance contracts.

The Role

Being part of a estimating team and reporting directly to the directors, this role will consist of preparing and managing contracts in the companies maintenance and insurance division. Support and training is promised to be given plus an opportunity to grow with in the business and progress to a senior role.

Remuneration

Our client believes in paying above industry standards and will assess salary packages through experience. Bonuses and vehicle are also negotiable and will be part of the package. Current package will be in and around the $100K mark.
