Position

Junior Contracts Administrator

They seek an individual with 1 -2 years contracts administration experience in either the commercial or residential sector. A Bachelors of Construction Management or Diploma in Building would be beneficial with experience in letting contracts, managing variations and progress claims, sub-contractor and government liaison and preparation of tender packages. My client can offer further training and development plus the mentorship of reporting directly to a Contracts Manager would benefit a candidate who strives in becoming a senior contracts administrator or project manager.
