They are known specialist in high end architectural design homes and apartments valuing from $1- $20Mil+. This will be a unique opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading property group who can offer you the opportunity to progress within the company and work on leading projects. To be a successful candidate for this role you are required to have the minimum 5 years contracts administration experience with the proven background of managing and letting contracts, dealing with variations and progress claims, procurement and cost planning client and architect liaison, preparation of scopes of works and proficient with Microsoft packages. In return, my client is willing to pay a high end salary package that is negotiable and promised to be above industry standards.
