Design + Construct are currently recruiting for a Senior REVIT BIM Architect. Our client is a leading Award winning Architecture practice that has been established for over 50 years and has won numerous Industry Awards. They have a solid reputation for Design excellence and state of the art software.

In this role you will be responsible for managing documentation team standards and processes whilst also working closely with the Project Leaders / Project Architects to establish clients project needs. You will be an integral part of the project team establishing solid and efficient documentation systems using Navisworks / REVIT.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have;

• Degree qualifications within Architecture.
• A working technical knowledge of REVIT to include Navisworks software.
• A strong knowledge of Design Development, Documentation (Documentation Management), Consultant Coordination and Client Liaison.
• Prevcious exposre importing engineers models to include clash detection.
• The ability to communicate and motivate a project team.
• Large scale and technical project experience.
