 Contracts Administrator
With a great portfolio of clients and ongoing work forecasted for 2012, my client is now in the market for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join them in a first initial 6 month contract with view to moving in to a permanent full-time position.
Who they are looking for;
We seek an individual with minimum 5 years experience in construction contracts administration. Construction or Maintenance Contracts is a must with the necessary tertiary education is required. A proven track record of working for reputable construction organisations is essential. Also experience in management of sub-contracts, letting, variations, and scope of works, procurement and budgeting are vital.
The Role & Projects;
They current hold a large contract for the maintenance and development of several aged care facilities in Sydney. This position will allow the successful applicant to work on managing contracts for numerous projects whilst reporting directly to a Senior Project Manager. Head office is based South Sydney / M5 corridor close the major freeways and ample parking.
Rates & Rewards;
This role will be on a contract basis for 6 months with the change to move in to a permanent, fulltime employment. Weekly rates can range from $1500 - $2000 per week + super and is negotiated through experience.
