What are my responsibilities as a temporary worker?

Co-operate with on site management
Follow all OH&S directives
Follow safe work practices
Report all Hazards to D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd
Follow emergency procedures
Report all Incidents to D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd
Use equipment properly as directed
Wear suitable protective clothing as directed ¨C Contact D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd recruitment consultant if you are not provided adequate PPE

What do you do if you identify a Hazard?

If you identify a hazard you MUST email info@designandconstruct.com.au to the OH&S Coordinator and also the on site management
D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd will contact the on site management to ensure that the hazard is rectified
You will be informed by the OH&S Coordinator when it is rectified What do you do if you are involved in an incident?
You must immediately contact both the on site manager and your D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd recruitment consultant
Incident forms will be completed by both
Minor Incident - The D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd OH&S Coordinator will call the following day to ensure resolution
Major Incident ¨C The D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd OH&S Coordinator will refer you to an external return to work consultancy

What should I do if I am asked to undertake a duty which is outside of my responsibilities of employment?

Contact your manager on site if you are not happy with a duty you are asked to perform
If you are not happy with their response please follow Issue Resolution as outlined
