1. The Candidate referred by the Referrer must be successfully placed in a permanent employment position by D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd.

2. The Referred Candidate must remain employed in the said permanent employment position for a minimum period of 6 months and one day.

3. Any information may it be written or verbal provided by either the Referrer or Candidate must be true and correct to the best of their knowledge. If either the Referrer or the Candidate have provided any information that is not true and correct in any respect then D & C Building Career Pty Ltd is not liable to pay the Fee.

4. The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief.

5. The Candidate cannot be already part of the D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd existing database.

6. Please note that payment of $500 should be declared in your annual income tax return. D & C Building Careers Pty Ltd recommends that the Referrer should seek the advice of the appropriate taxation specialist.
